Our mission is to acquire a real estate portfolio that can be re-purposed to deliver and manage cost effective and unique solutions to our clients.

The LDJ Global Strategies – Real Estate Group develops, owns, and manages a wide range of commercial real estate projects, with a primary focus on providing value-added solution for our clients. Holdings include warehouse, industrial and office properties. LDJ Global Strategies frequently invests in under-utilized properties that can be enhanced or upgraded to improve marketability, or buildings that have land options for additional development.

The company’s strategic approach for acquiring commercial real estate and securing ideal tenants creates a unique differentiator for LDJ Global Strategies.

In addition to direct ownership of properties, LDJ Global Strategies partners with real estate developers to underwrite projects that create long-term value for all investors.

Louis is president of LDJ Global Strategies. He has more than 35 years’ business experience with private, public, and government entities.

Louis is an accomplished entrepreneur, business executive, real estate investor, philanthropist, and a nationally recognized leader in applying technology, financial systems and technical acumen to positively influence organizational outcomes.

Heather Clarke
Executive Director of Administration

Heather has worked with Louis DeJoy for more than 23 years and is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, communications, documentation, operations reporting, event management, accounting, travel, etc.

Jordan Mitchell

Jordan Mitchell
Real Estate Market Manager

Jordan has worked with Louis DeJoy for more than 10 years and is responsible for managing daily operations and executing business strategies, including developing and expanding real estate broker relationships in specific markets; identifying viable acquisition opportunities; conducting market due diligence and developing business cases for each proposed acquisition; negotiating acquisition and rent/lease contracts; and developing marketing strategies

Walt Reddick

Walt Reddick
Facilities Project Manager

Walt has more the 37 years of construction industry experience with a focus on project management. His expertise spans a diverse range of projects including multi-story office, manufacturing, retail, medical office, restaurant, residential high-rise, and automotive.

Walt is responsible for establishing and managing construction modifications, budgets and contractors, including developing pre-acquisition estimates and timelines; negotiating contracts, managing contractors; and working with executive management and clients to identify, budget, and manage facility modifications. Walt received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida.

Jay Triplett

Jay Triplett
Project Manager

Jay has worked with Louis DeJoy for more than 10 years and is responsible for operational and financial analytics, including real estate valuations, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. Jay received his Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics from Wake Forest University.
